Arie is taking steps on her own! She has taken 4 steps at a time and is so close to just cruising around the house. Here are a few new photos of her, 10 months old already, and a little video of her walking behind her toy!

Arie is in swimming lessons once a week at the YMCA, yesterday was her first class....she LOVED it! She had so much fun! Here are a few pictures!

Our friend Jason took some great 9 month pictures of Miss Arie a few weeks ago. She was not in a very smiley mood but they still turned out so cute! 9 months old

Arie turned 9 months at the end of January. She is as busy as ever! She recently had her 9 month check up, she is in the 20th percentile for both height and weight, little peanut! She has four teeth-two on the top and two on the bottom and she is talking and gabbing more than ever! She is so much fun! We start swimming lessons tomorrow afternoon and although I am completely dreading having to get into a swimsuit in the dead of winter I can't wait to see her in the water! I think she is going to LOVE it! I'm sure we will have pictures to post of her first swimming class so stay tuned!

Silly girl!

Just a quick 8 month update!

Arie is such a fun and happy little girl! She is so busy, always exploring and learning something new! She has been crawling for a few months now and you can tell is ready to move onto walking. She loves to pull her self up on EVERYTHING! She loves playing with all her toys for hours on end-her music table is her favorite right now because she can pull herself up on that and stand and play all by herself. This has led to a few falls but just gets right back up again to play-she is one tough cookie.

She is quit the little talker too-ALWAYS gabbing and giggling...really, really loudly I might add! Hmmm I wonder where she gets that?! She says, "dada" "mommma" and "baba" along with the other baby babble. We know she doesn't know what she is saying yet but it is so cute to hear those words! I have to admit that she said "dada" before she started saying "mommma" and she only says "mommma" when she is crying. Ha.

Arie waves hello and goodbye-to everything! She loves playing Peek-a-boo and we have been working on "SOOOO BIG!" and Patty cake. She almost has the hang of "sooo big" and does it every once in awhile, on her owns terms of course.

She still has just the 2 bottom teeth-and loves to show them off. We have been waiting for more to pop up but they are taking their time. She loves to feed herself Fruit and Veggie puffs and drinks out of a sippy cup! She is growing up so fast-we wish we could slow time down a little bit.

Arie is such a happy girl-especially in the morning. When she wakes up she just stands up in her crib and starts talking, singing and bouncing up and down, she is so happy. When I walk into her room she has this huge smile on her face and starts to giggle-my most favorite thing to see every morning!
